Details on the Rates

Rates are available for SUVs accommodating up to 2, 4, or 6 passengers and vans accommodating up to 8 or 12 passengers, depending on the vehicle and category selected.

Private Transfers and Hourly Service

• Private transfers: Published prices are in USD, per entire private vehicle, per one-way trip, not per person. Prices include the 20% Operational Service Fee. Additional charges may apply under the conditions described below.
• Hourly local trips in the Vail and Beaver Creek area: Chevrolet Suburban: $180 per hour; Cadillac Escalade ESV: $240 per hour; luxury van: $300 per hour. These hourly prices include the 20% Operational Service Fee. A four-hour minimum applies to each vehicle.
• Reservations: A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. Service is subject to availability.
• Rate variations: Rates may vary depending on holidays, peak-season demand, availability, and how far in advance the reservation is made. Last-minute and same-day reservations may be subject to higher rates.
• Confirmed itinerary: The quoted rate applies to the confirmed itinerary. Changes to the itinerary or additional services may result in additional charges.

Included Operational Service Fee and Optional Gratuity

The 20% Operational Service Fee is already included in the published transfer and hourly prices above and is not added a second time to those displayed prices. This fee covers costs associated with operating and coordinating our transportation services.

The Operational Service Fee is not a gratuity. Our drivers are compensated for each trip regardless of whether a tip is given. Gratuity is not included and is entirely optional. If you choose to leave a gratuity, it may only be given directly to your driver; it is not collected by Matias Luxury Rides.

Additional Surcharges

• Late-night and early-morning pickups: A 10% surcharge applies to reservations with a scheduled pickup time between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Vail Valley Jet Center: A $50 fee applies to pickups or drop-offs.

Extended Travel Time

For transfers between Denver International Airport and Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, or Keystone, a $75 extended travel-time charge applies when the trip reaches three hours due to traffic or road closures. An additional $75 applies at each subsequent half-hour mark.

For transfers between Denver International Airport and Aspen, Snowmass, or Steamboat, a $75 extended travel-time charge applies when the trip reaches six hours due to traffic or road closures. An additional $75 applies at each subsequent half-hour mark.

Travel time is measured from the actual pickup to arrival at the destination.

Requested Stops and Waiting Time

• Requested stops: All stops must be requested when making the reservation and are subject to availability. The first 15 minutes of each approved stop are complimentary. Beginning with minute 16, a $75 charge applies for each additional 30-minute period or portion thereof.
• Detours: If a requested stop requires a detour from the original route, an additional $75 applies for each 30-minute period or portion thereof of additional travel time caused by the detour. This charge is separate from any applicable waiting-time charges at the stop.
• Hotel, condo, and residential pickups: The first 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time are complimentary. Beginning with minute 16, a $75 waiting-time charge applies for each additional 30-minute period or portion thereof.

Rates and Meet & Greet

Denver International Airport Pickups (DEN)

Denver Airport pickups take place outside Jeppesen Terminal on Level 5, the baggage claim and ground transportation level, at Island 2. Pickup locations are outside doors 505–507 and 511–513 on the east side, and 504–506 and 510–512 on the west side.

Please call us at 970-455-4294 once you have collected your luggage. We will coordinate your meeting location and dispatch your reserved vehicle from the ground transportation holding lot.

Eagle County Regional Airport Pickups (EGE)

Upon arrival at EGE, proceed to the main terminal baggage claim area. Your driver will greet you at the west end of baggage claim in the designated Ground Transportation Meet & Greet area, holding a sign with the first and last name provided with your reservation.

Vail Valley Jet Center Pickups

For arrivals at Vail Valley Jet Center (FBO), your driver will meet you planeside where access is permitted, or in the FBO lobby, as arranged for your reservation.

Flight Tracking and Airport Waiting Time

We monitor the flight information provided with your reservation and adjust pickup arrangements based on your flight’s actual arrival time. Please provide accurate flight details and notify us of flight changes, cancellations, or rebooking.

We normally do not charge additional waiting fees for routine flight delays or reasonable time needed to deplane and collect luggage. Unusually extended waiting or changes requiring additional service will be addressed individually, and any proposed additional charge will be communicated before that service is provided.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations: 48 Hours

Cancellations received more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received 48 hours or less before pickup are non-refundable, and the full confirmed reservation total will be charged, including the Operational Services Fee and any applicable surcharges.

Holiday and Travel Agency Reservations: 72 Hours

A 72-hour cancellation policy applies during holiday periods, including Christmas, New Year’s, Presidents’ Day weekend, and other holiday dates identified at the time of booking. It also applies to all reservations made by travel agencies, regardless of the travel date.

For these reservations, cancellations received more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received 72 hours or less before pickup are non-refundable, and the full confirmed reservation total will be charged.

All cancellation deadlines are based on the scheduled pickup time in local Colorado time.

No-Shows

No-shows are non-refundable, and the full confirmed reservation total will be charged, including the Operational Services Fee and any applicable surcharges. Please be ready at your designated pickup location and remain reachable using the contact information provided with your reservation. The complete no-show procedures are provided in the Terms and Conditions during booking.

Travel Conditions and Safety

Traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, and other conditions beyond our control may affect travel times. Arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

Service may be delayed, rerouted, or discontinued if road or weather conditions make continued travel unsafe. Please allow sufficient travel time for airport departures, particularly during winter and peak travel periods.
